Our Story
Revolution Fitness was founded on a simple idea: everyone deserves access to expert coaching in an environment that actually cares about them. For over 15 years, we've been part of the East Northport community — helping beginners build their first healthy habits, athletes sharpen their competitive edge, and everyday people discover what they're capable of. Located at 192 Laurel Rd in East Northport, NY, Revolution Fitness is equipped with premium strength and conditioning equipment, dedicated MMA and boxing space, and 24-hour key fob access for all members. Recovery options include ice bath access, with sauna and Normatec recovery boots coming soon. We serve members from Northport, Kings Park, Centerport, Fort Salonga, Greenlawn, Commack, Huntington, and Dix Hills.

Do you offer a free trial?
Get StartedYes — new members get 3 days completely free. Full gym access and all group classes are included, no credit card or commitment required. It's the best way to experience Revolution Fitness before you decide.
What programs do you offer?
We offer 1-On-1 Personal Training, Large Group Training, Open Gym, and Athlete Training. Whether you want private coaching, a high-energy class, or the flexibility to train on your own, we have a program that fits.
What classes are available and when?
View ScheduleWe run classes seven days a week starting as early as 5:00 AM. Our lineup includes Rev'd Up, Strong Method, Rev Strength, Hybrid, HYROX, Kickboxing, and a Sunday Kids Class. Check the schedule page for current times.
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. Our programs are designed for every level — from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Our trainers will meet you where you are and build a plan around your goals.
Can I drop in without a membership?
Book a Drop InYes. Drop-in access is available for both open gym and group classes. Just reach out ahead of your visit so we can reserve your spot and get you set up.
