Vinny DeRiso
Since founding Revolution Fitness in 2012, Vinny has been passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, whether they are athletes or regular clients. With a strong background in sports, he played football throughout high school and college, gaining valuable insights into athletic performance and training techniques.
In addition to his experience in football, Vinny has over 12 years of experience in amateur MMA fighting. This extensive background allows him to inspire and motivate clients, instilling discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic in everyone he trains.
At Revolution Fitness, Vinny designs personalized training programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, helping them improve their strength, fitness levels, and overall well-being. Whether training athletes or helping regular clients on their fitness journeys, he is committed to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all.
Athlete training: our focus is speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, muscle endurance, reaction, and injury prevention. We train athletes from middle school all the way to the college level.
Equipment that we have that separates us from our competitors are proteus motion machine, tuff treadmill, legend fitness speedway machines, and run rocket machines.

Matt Galli
Matt Galli is a 3-sport athlete (football, basketball, baseball) and played college football at Stony Brook University. He started boxing and kickboxing 12 years ago and quickly became hooked, pun intended, which led to him becoming a trainer/instructor. He has been a trainer now for 11+ years and is a NASM Certified Trainer.
Matt is big on technique and fundamentals and using his Psychology degree in his training style. He has also worked with kids of all ages and has a passion for coaching kids and seeing them grow as not just athletes, but as people.
Matt is also passionate about helping people of all ages with special needs, and on top of his NASM CPT, he is a Certified Special Needs Trainer. He believes everyone has a place and can do anything they want to do if they just work hard.
Fun Facts about Matt: He’s a die-hard Yankees fan, he loves Disney and Marvel, and he once won a mashed potato eating contest by eating 2 lbs in 2 minutes (with no hands!
Brenda Grubner
I have been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years including; kickboxing, HIIT, boot camp.
I have also been a certified personal trainer for more than 15 years. I work with clients from adolescents to seniors on weight loss, resistance training, sports training, boxing, running, TRX, cardiovascular and agility. mobility therapy and one-on-one assisted stretching.
Additionally, I am an integrative nutrition wellness coach (institute of integrative nutrition) – let me help you find a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices. Fun fact about me, I’ve run a dozen marathons including NYC and have traveled to over 20 countries.
